I've been simply paying online, for a couple of years now - but I used to go here every month to make my payments, or whenever a problem arose (with the actual insurer, NOT with Viveiros). I've been with Viveiros, at least as far back as the late 90s, and I don't recall EVER having a problem with the agency itself. The staff has always been nothing less than courteous and knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help their customers. I have recommended them to several people, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
